Ernest Lopez, III
President and Owner

Mr. Lopez has been in the paving business for more than 20 years. He started as a laborer when he was 17 years of age and advanced his way to a project manager. Always being a hard worker and wanting to go away from a job with a sense of completion and pride, he felt that he would be better suited starting his own business so he could run the show from start to end!

So, with the help of his father, he started Atlanta Paving and Concrete Construction Company, Inc. carefully selecting experienced personnel that had the same personal committment to their work ethics, providing quality service to commercial companies and individual customers.

Peter Fargo
Vice President of Sales

Peter has been with Atlanta Paving and Concrete Construction since the start. He started out as our only salesperson and is now our Vice President of Sales. Peter has developed the company's moto, "Where Quality Still Counts" and it shows in his dealings with our customers.

Ed Kirkwood
Consultant

Mr. Kirkwood has previous experience with the construction industry. He has past experience with the Asphalt Reclaiming & Recycling Association as President. As well, he worked as Vice President for The Miller Group. Atlanta Paving is really excited to have Mr. Kirkwood join our staff.
